Classroom in a Bag® operates through one structured campus partnership model, 180 Days of Support, designed to support teacher retention.
We partner with schools year-round to ensure teachers have the supplies, encouragement, and support they need to remain in education.
Through CIAB Intentional Leaders, students also play an active role in supporting teachers and strengthening school communities.
Schools join Classroom in a Bag through a designated Campus Ambassador who completes orientation and serves as the liaison between the campus and our organization.
We provide essential classroom materials that reduce out-of-pocket spending and ensure classrooms are equipped for instruction, with support from community partners and student leaders.
Teachers deserve more than one week of appreciation.
Throughout the year, we implement intentional morale-boosting initiatives designed to reduce burnout and remind educators they are valued, with support from CIAB Intentional Leaders.
We are building toward a dedicated resource center where teachers can access essential supplies and support when they need them most.
Teacher retention impacts students, schools, and entire communities.
By reducing financial burden and increasing support, Classroom in a Bag helps create environments where teachers can focus on teaching — not on filling gaps alone.
With support from students, partners, and the broader community, this model strengthens the systems that help teachers stay and succeed.
