This program has been designed to help students accomplish five core pillars:
Intentional Thinking
Understand how everyday choices shape identity and leadership style.
Service First
Lead and participate in meaningful community service initiatives.
Ethical Leadership
Make values-based decisions and resolve conflicts responsibly.
Voice & Vision
Develop a personal mission statement and vision for impact.
Collaboration & Influence
Learn teamwork, active listening, and peer leadership skills.
Being Involved
When a student joins Intentional Leaders, it's more than just signing up for a club—it’s an intentional decision to grow, serve, and lead with purpose. Students will be involved in:
Weekly leadership workshops
Reflective journal prompts & discussion cards
Project planning + execution
Final showcase: “This Is My Leadership Story”
Junior Division (Grades 5–8)
Focus on building self-awareness, teamwork, and communication
Guided activities with structure and support
School-focused service projects (e.g., kindness campaign, supply drive)
Safe space to grow leadership skills in fun and meaningful ways
Ideal for students discovering their voice as leaders
Senior Division (Grades 9–12)
Focus on initiative, service leadership, and real-world skills
Student-led projects and deeper discussion prompts
Community-based service opportunities (e.g., mental health campaigns, civic engagement)
Opportunities to mentor younger leaders
Ideal for students refining their leadership identity and impact
