Williams Academy of Readiness is a microschool initiative that operates under the fiscal sponsorship of Classroom in a Bag, a 501(c)(3). Our mission is to empower students to become active and engaged community members through experiential learning, collaboration, problem-solving, and service-based projects that connect students to the world around them.

Students enrolled in our Intentional Leaders, our student leadership program, will demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
